Comrade Motlatsi "Joko" Motloi

Born in 1977/08/28 at Qibing he started his tuitions at Tlotlisang Primary School. He further went to Qibing High School, the political life of Comrade Motlatsi started when he became a member of Cosas in the 1990's in Pretoria where he was a learner at J. Kekana School.

in 1999 Comrade Motlatsi returned to Wepener and collaborated with fellow activists such as comrades the late Lebona Phalatsi and Japie Masoetsa. Comrade Motlatsi was the Chairperson of the Japie Masoetsa branch of the African National congress.

In 2008 comrade Motlatsi was elected a member of the Motheo Regional executive Commitee of the African National Congress. Comrade Motlatsi was the leader of a Subcommittee on Religious and Cultural affairs which duty enabled him to regularly interact with religious leaders .

In 2006 comrade Motlatsi was deployed by African National Congress to Naledi Local Municipality as a Mayor

On the 3rd of May 2010, Comrade Motlatsi was Brutally murdered by an unknown assailant
