Policy
- Friday a cooking team is deployed
- All the food that is to be prepared is to be supplied by the client
- The team travels with catering equipment that has :- Stoves, Cutlery work, Pots,
Dishes, Cups etc
- The team will require enclosed/protected space for them to prepare meals -
Saturday tables and chairs are properly dressed and the team serves food
- When everything is done equipment is cleaned and packed by the team
