MOLLY'S FAMILY COVERS

A family cover is a cover that is tailored for people under the age of 21 – 64 years which are Main member, spouse and four dependents under the age of 21.

 

Main Member

A person who accepts the Terms & Conditions as well as fees as set out in this contract /schedule with Molly's Funeral Parlour. The Member or Applicant must be able to afford and pay the monthly fees.

 

Spouse

The person who is married to the Main Member according to civil, traditional (customary) or common-law marriage. If the mentioned spouse is married to another person, he or she is not covered under this contract. Only one spouse is allowed as a dependent of

the Main Member as nominated in writing. An additional spouse can be added at an

extra cost which is charged monthly to the membership.

Child

• Biological unmarried children under the age of 21 years, unmarried full-time students who are 21 or older

but under 26.

• Physically and mentally disabled children who do not receive a Government grant are covered as long as

their parents remain members of the scheme.

• Foster children - if such a child has been legally adopted / who is being cared for on a permanent basis

due to direct family being incapable of caring for child (welfare documentation to be supplied).

• A maximum of 4 children are allowed on the contract. Extra costs will apply for each additional child.
